Returns Policy
At Audrey's of Broadway, we want you to love every piece you choose. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed, or where items have been tried on without wearing your own underwear.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@audreysofbroadway.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear or lingerie where the hygiene seal has been removed, or tried on without wearing your own underwear
- Final clearance items (please note this does not apply to standard sale items, which remain fully returnable)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
